I don't know why worms like to hang from trees, maybe they were trying bungee jumping or just fell off. anyway, they are super disgusting, i hate worms! Actually, I didn't notice these "hanging worms" before I went to JC. Because from the MRT I have to walk past a long road with trees on both sides to get to school, and almost everyday I see worms hanging down from the trees. they are actually very tiny and green so if you don't look carefully, you'll most probably walk into them.

At first, I just walked to school normally, thinking that i was safe, didn't expect worms. But then on 3 occasions I found worms on my shirt, which totally freaked me out. 2 of the times it was a small green worm somewhere on my shirt where i could see it and sweep it away with something. But there was once it was a 3 inch black worm on my collar! Ewwwww! At first I felt something on my collar so I touched it, then I felt something moving! So my first reaction is to flick whatever that it to the floor. And behold, a long black worm squirming on the floor. Then I had to warn the girl beside me cos I flicked it near her bag lol. Oh ya, and there was once, I was walking to MRT station after cca at night, and a worm fell on my violin case and i didn't know till I got home and saw it there. Lucky it didn't crawl onto me. So after that I always open umbrella when walking under those trees, else i would keep a sharp eye out for those worms.

Just yesterday, I was waiting at a bus-stop with my mother and I saw a green worm curled up and hanging down from a thin thread off a tree. I pointed it out to my mother but she didn't believe that it was a worm. There was a strong wind blowing so the worm was like swaying in the wind. My mother kept insisting it was a fly because the worm was curled in such a way that it looked like it had wings and since it was swaying around it looked like it was flying. Anyway i was feeling very stressed looking at the worm cos I was afraid the wind might blow it towards me. Then at that moment, a sparrow flew over and grabbed the worm out of the air and ate it! Wahahahaha! serves the worm right for hanging down like that. lol XD
